this is my first attempt at a full out watercolor picture, so have some mercy and try to refrain from pelting rocks *_*

thanks everyone for the hits! :faint:

the original scanned in really badly, my scanner couldn't pick up the colors properly (esp. the skintones >< ) so a little tweaking was done in photoshop and a little blurring added to make it seem a little less horrendous

awww!... He's beautiful. I think you did a pretty good job with water colors. I never really worked with them because I'm a loser and I don't know any better, but that is so pretty!...

That's seriously your first watercolor? That's uh...o_o wow. My first watercolor was pretty experimential and odd looking XD Not bad, just awkward. Your coloring always looks lovely, and this is no exception. I adore how you drew the hair and expression, his chin seems cut off just a little on my right side. Very very nice job on those fingers.

I've... looked at this twice... and I really can't go on without commenting. It's beautiful, smooth and a little nostalgic for me..

I know it doesn't really mean much, but it takes my breath away when I look at it, the detail the facial expression, the color choice.

Everything. I love it.
